Dr. Raymundo Cassani joins our lab as key developer, Brainstorm project.

We’re delighted to welcome Dr. Raymundo Cassani as key developer of the Brainstorm open-source app.

Raymundo received his BEng degree in Communications & Electronics and his MSc in Microelectronics from Instituto Politécnico Nacional (Mexico) in 2007 and 2012 respectively. In 2018, he obtained his PhD from the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique (Montreal) as a member of the Multimodal Signal Analysis and Enhancement Lab (MuSAE Lab), where he also held the positions of Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Associate.

Welcome to the lab Raymundo!

Raymundo joins Martin Cousineau and François Tadel as lead developing contributors to Brainstorm: a free, open-source software application dedicated to multidisciplinary brain science, with a strong community approaching 30,000 users. He will contribute major developments that will enable many new features, including cloud data analytics with Brainstorm, while preserving the app’s user-friendly approach that makes it accessible to the widest community of users.
